What types of items can be embroidered?

Almost any fabric item can be embroidered, including clothing, accessories, home decor items, and promotional products. Commonly embroidered items include shirts, hats, jackets, bags, towels, and patches.

Where will my design appear on my garment?

Unless you direct otherwise, your logo will be approximately  3.5 inches wide on your left chest.   Hat designs will be centered, but can be changed at your request.

Can I bring my own items to be embroidered?

Apologetically, No. We offer a wide variety of items that we have already tested and know can handle the embroidery process. If you do not see the item that you would like to be embroidered, please contact us and we will be pleased to find a suitable garment for embroidery to meet your needs

Can you embroider in more than one location?
Of course! The most common location is the left chest for the logo. You can add on different locations, such as the right chest with a name, and sleeve with décor. We also offer large-centered logos or words on heavyweight items.
What types of embroidery services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of embroidery services, including logo embroidery, monogramming, custom designs, digitization of artwork, and appliqué. We can embroider various fabrics and materials to meet your specific needs.

Can you create custom designs for embroidery?
Absolutely! We have a team of skilled designers who can create custom embroidery designs based on your requirements, whether it’s a logo, artwork, or a unique design concept.
What is the turnaround time for embroidery orders?
The turnaround time depends on the complexity and size of the order. We strive to complete orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards. Most orders under 50 pieces will ship within 7 business days. Orders over 50 pieces, about 10 business days.
Do you offer bulk embroidery services?

Yes, we offer bulk and wholesale embroidery services. Whether you need embroidered products for your business, organization, or event, we can accommodate large orders and provide competitive pricing. Discounts will be automatic when placing an order for more than 12 items with the same design.

Do you only do embroidery?
A: While embroidery is our specialty, we have found that our customer base had a need for DTF (“Direct to Film”). We will offer this when a design is too intricate for embroidery, or the overall design calls for it. DTF allows for full color designs without adding bulk to a garment. DTF is durable and will last over time. Please reach out if you would prefer this method.
Can I cancel or change my order?

If you find that you need to cancel an order, it can be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes in the design can be made for up to 72 hours after placing the order. Once production begins, we are not able to make any changes.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer nationwide shipping for our embroidered products. Our shipping methods and rates will vary depending on your location and the size of the order. We will provide you with shipping options and costs when you place your order. Orders over $200.00 Will ship for FREE. Additionally, we do provide pick-up options for our local orders.

What format should my artwork be?

Your artwork should be a high-resolution PDF, EPS, JPG, or AI file. Send us what you have and our skilled team will do our best to make it work.

What is your return policy?

Simple, if we have made a mistake, or an item is defective we will allow items to be returned for replacement. Due to the personalized nature of the items being ordered, we do not accept returns on completed items. We do not allow items to be returned for sizing issues. Size charts are available for each item ordered.

What kind of logo can I send you?

Please only send logos and files that you own, or have the rights to distribute the artwork. By sending us a logo, you guarantee that you hold the right to distribute.
