Terms & Conditions for Method Embroidery

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using our embroidery services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“the customer”) and Method Embroidery (“the company”).

2. Order Placement and Design Approval

2.1. Orders can be placed through our website, by email, or by phone.
2.2. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete design specifications, including artwork, colors, sizes, placement, and any other relevant details.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. Prices for embroidery services are specified on our website or provided in a quote. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2. Payment is due in full before embroidery production begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.3. We accept payment through approved methods, such as credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other agreed-upon payment options.

4. Turnaround Time and Delivery

4.1. The company will provide an estimated turnaround time for each order. This estimate is subject to change based on factors such as order complexity, quantity, and current production schedule.
4.2. The company will make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated turnaround time but cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control.
4.3. Delivery options, including shipping carriers and costs, will be communicated to the customer. The company is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur during shipping.

5. Quality and Design Accuracy

5.1. The company strives to deliver high-quality embroidery services and products. However, slight variations in color, texture, and design placement may occur.
5.2. The customer acknowledges that colors may appear differently on different screens or fabrics. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
5.3. While the company takes measures to ensure design accuracy, the customer is responsible for providing on accurate design upon placing the order. If changes need to be made by the company, we will contact the customer directly. The customer agrees to provide current contact information when placing the order

6. Intellectual Property and Copyright

6.1. The customer represents and warrants that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for the artwork provided for embroidery.
6.2. The company retains no ownership or rights to the customer’s artwork or designs.
6.3. The customer grants the company a limited, non-exclusive license to use the provided artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling the embroidery services.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the embroidery services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or damage to property.
7.2. The total liability of the company, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. The company respects customer privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
8.2. The company will not disclose or sell customer information to third parties unless required by law or with the customer’s consent.
8.3. The company has permission to use images of completed purchases to our showcase portfolio. If you do not wish to have images shown of your completed project, please make note of this when placing the order.

9. Modification of Terms and Conditions

The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication methods.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts.
